Houston Attorney, Firm Sued in Legal Malpractice Case

The Law Office of has filed a legal malpractice lawsuit in Harris County against a Houston law firm concerning the Houston firm’s handling of a wrongful death case involving the death of a young child. The wrongful death lawsuit was dismissed on summary judgments when no one from the Houston firm responded to the motions or filed a timely request for a new trial.
