According to sources, a man died in an accident on June 20 in Texas after he crashed into the drilling rig of a triple axel truck. The accident took place on the Dallas North Tollway near Frankford Road. The Texas Department of Public Safety said that the truck had been pulling a drilling rig when one of the truck's tires blew out. The driver of the truck was forced to pull into the left lane.

Multitasking and driving do not mix

In today's busy world, multitasking is generally viewed as a good and productive thing. However, there is one area where multitasking is a very bad thing and has absolutely no place: the driver's seat. Houston Attorney, Firm Sued in Legal Malpractice Case

The Law Office of Carl Knickerbocker has filed a legal malpractice lawsuit in Harris County against a Houston law firm concerning the Houston firm's handling of a wrongful death case involving the death of a young child. It is alleged in the legal malpractice suit that the Houston firm then concealed the fact that the case was dismissed from the clients and later produced forged documents in an attempt to conceal the mishandling of the wrongful death case.

Parents of teens, remembering what it was like to be a teen and knowing what a special time of the year summer vacation can be at that age, may be inclined to give their kids some space over summer vacation and to not really get on their kids' case about things. One thing though that parents should make sure to not become any less vigilant about conveying to their teens during summer vacation is how important safe driving is.
